I have received several calls on my landline and the caller id shows "unknown" and also on my son’s cell phone. The woman identifies herself as Marie Arthur, an independent courier who is to deliver ‘documents’ to my home or place of employment on several different dates (from several different phone calls). If she cannot deliver said documents she will be forced to return them as ‘refused’. She gives the phone number of 832-371-9683 and a file number to call if I have questions. If you call that number all you get is music. She ends this conversation by saying:
You have been informed or
This is your final notice
I don’t know who this is. There has never been anyone here to deliver any ‘documents’. And I have been retired for 20+ years. I consider these call threatening.
And information would be greatly appreciated because I would like them to stop.
