Type of a scam Online Purchase
First off I purchased a used iPhone that was locked, and purchased this software in an attempt to unlock it. This software did not work and they will not give me a refund. They emailed me saying they are in a holiday on 05-29-19 and would return on 05-04-19. I asked again for a refund and they replied that they were in a holiday on 05-03-19 and would return on 02-11-19. It is May. I still have not received my refund.
