Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I am a physician in Iowa City, IA. IMUSA has sent several faxes to my office and a representative spoke with my assistant several times stating a patient of mine had requested a back brace and a knee brace. This patient adamantly denied any such request.
The company requested office notes and a prescription to submit to insurance. I believe this is a scam.
