Type of a scam Identity Theft
I received a call this evening by an automated service claiming to be AT&T and saying I needed to verify my account , and until i do so my account was suspended. It asked me to press 1 to verify, and to press 2 to speak to a representative. When I pressed 2, it immediately asked for my social security number. I then hung up immediately.
