They kept me on the line with "representatives" that kept telling to buy more and more Apple cards and STEAM cards in order to fix the issue. After 10 hours of being on the phone with them, they have stolen $2,500 from me.

I was told by facebook that I had 3 states using my iP address. They said to go purchase 2 Google play cards in the amount of 100.00 for it to be cleared then they would credit my money back. Sounded strange but my facebook is messed up so since they are supposedly facebook I did it. When it was time to refund they found more issues that required another card. I knew by then I had been scammed. Lost 200.00 of hard earned money. Giftcard company wouldn’t give me the email that was used to retrieve the giftcard so dont trust Google Play either.

My sons Facebook was compromised and he could not open Facebook they had closed his account and we were trying to ask them why and give us a reason. On 3-12-2018 I looked up Facebook phone number and called 1-650-308-7300 answered Facebook and I said support tech transferred me to 1-518-282-4662 lady name Tanya Moore answered.She said may I help you My son told her he cannot open his Facebook account because you have it closed. Tanya said let me take a look at your account, she said turn computer on and leave it. We did she came back in 5 min. said you have been hacked and that the support team can fix the problem with in 2 hours. She said that another support tech can fix the problem but it will cost us and we said how much she said $300.00 but you will get it back at the end.I asked do you take check, credit cards or what so she said that we will get it back trust me I work for Facebook. She said go and get google play cards to the amount that support team need. So I did and they scanned the cards over the computor from wherever they are. So we said when will get our money back she said shortly he is still working on computer over an hour. Then she came back and said that 9 different people has all my sons information on him over seas. Tanya started showing us things on the computer about where they are how many and that it would be another amount to pay to get that fixed she kept hurry us before they get all his information. My son asked to speak to a supervisor in tech support , Leo Garcia got on phone and gave his ID Number339945912 and said we gave you $600.00 and the problem is still not fixed he said are you scammy me and my mother so he said pay another $400.00 and we will send you back$300.+$300+$400+extra money $200 Total refund of $1200.00 and all issues will be fixed. We said no and that we are going to call FBI and ScamPulse.com and consumers affairs. To get our $600.00 back. They even sent us a print out of that statement to our printer. They scammed me and my adopted son who is a quadriplegic!
