Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
"Bill Wisman" from "Publisher’s Clearing House" called me to say that I won $17.3 million dollars and I just needed to pay $2,300 to receive it. Knowing this was a scam I told him I had no money to give him. He tried making a deal with me, and I told him we don’t have any money. I told him "let me see what I can do and I’ll call you back" knowing full well I wasn’t going to call him back. He told me "ok" and gave me his number.
