When i received the call it sounded like some one trying to make their voice sound like a person who has to talk with a machine. the said my Microsoft contract has ended an if they don’t hear from hear from me they will charge my credit card $299.99. At that time i was on my way to the doc. I did not think of of it again when i got home i received another call. I waited and called at 7:00 the answer i got was this # no longer exist, about three min. later i received call from this #500-201 i thought i looked kind of strange so i did’tn answer the call.

Message said "This is Microsoft calling about your computer license which is expiring". They gave a new license number to enter of 7418529631000. When I said I would contact Microsoft to have this corrected I was told this is the only way to fix the expiring license.

The past week I have received numerous calls at my home & my cell -Identified as Microsoft Technician: as follows
"we are calling to refund your money as the company has been ordered to close down" – prior to that call another call came in using same telephone number asking me to "stay on the line a representative will be with you, because your computer has been compromised".
I returned the call this morning (888) 551-9969 & asked them to stop calling my home – response (they will remove me from the list). I called back 10 minutes later & it now say (the number you have reached has been disconnected, please check the number & try again). 1 hour later my cell phone is ringing (888) 546-7923 with the same voicemail that was on my home phone. Someone need to shut both telephone numbers down before they scam a consumer. I hung up before they start talking because Microsoft will not call you

Pop-up on my computer stating "Windows has been . . . " I can’t get into any of my files and can’t log out of anything. I am supposed to call them at the above phone number, but I haven’t done so. I called the ScamPulse.com and was told this is a scam.
