I received a recorded message stating that the IRS has four outstanding claims against me and I need to call them back right away or I will be picked up by the police within the next 24 hours.
I know the IRS would not call my cell phone to contact me so I did not return their call.
I did Google the number and there are many people who received this same call and if they called the number the foreign speaking person would yell at them if they did not give their name or other personal information.

I received a phone call on my business cell phone. The caller’s phone number is (707) 955-7246 out of Healdsburg, CA. It was a computer generated voice message. Caller stated that they were the IRS and this was my last warning to pay a tax debt. Caller stated that a warrant has been issued for my arrest and I was instructed to call the number referenced above back for more information. I did not call the number back.

4291.00 or they would sign paperwork to have the local authorities to arrest me within the next 45 minutes to a hour. I responded by saying I would be waiting for them on the front porch. This is a short version of the conversation. It was very threatening.
