Received two voice mail messages that said, the Department of Social Security Administration was informing me that there is a legal enforcement action filed on my SS # for criminal activity and they regret the enforcement agency was going to suspend my SS# immediately. To learn more call the number above. Have a nice day! I did not call them back.

transcription of the voicemail:

this call is from the department of social security administration. the reason you have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that we just suspend [sic] your social security number because we found some suspicious activity. so if you want to know about this case, just press 1. thank you

I got two calls within an hour (which I did not answer) and both times got a text to speech voicemail saying my social security number was "suspended for being used for suspicious activity". This is obviously just a scam to GET my social security number so THEY can use it for "suspicious activity."
