I ordered merchandise from Imperprime online. They took the money and I received nothing. I have tried contacting them through email and by phone to no avail. This is definitely a scam. They also have an online store so BEWARE!

I placed an order with them, recieved an email saying the order was placed, but no tracking history or anything, nor have I recieved the item. Ive tried contacting them through both email, and facebook.
Facebook, I get no reply, and the email comes back that its not a valid email. So I cannot even get ahold of them for a refund.

I ordered from this company on 2-1-18. They notified me that order was placed and shipped. Never provided any tracking information. Attempted emailing them about my order. Email address was not any good. Sent them 2 messages on Facebook messenger trying to get a response. I was reading customer reviews and other customers have not received their orders either. Called this company a scam. Checked refund and cancellation policy. If it’s been 30 days or more they will not give a refund.
