Received a text message on my phone supposedly from this bank. All it says is "(BBVACompassBank-ImportantNottif. PleaseRing : (480) 530-6540. MSG#278384448." It’s from [email protected] This is obvious because first of all, I have NO accounts with Compass Bank. Second, they’re are no spaces between the words and third, there’s an extra "t" in the abbreviated "Nottif" when there is only one "t" in Notification. I haven’t called the number and will not. Compass Bank has information on their website to identify phishing scams and these are a few of the identity markers indicated that this text is a scam. Thank you.
