I ordered a few packs of eyelashes and received my first order and never received my 2nd order. She continues to message me and say it’s the USPS fault but whenever I look up my tracking number it still says PRESHIPMENT. She was continuing to argue with me about how she pays for shipping so it’s common sense that she would get them sent out, but yet my 2nd order was never shipped, so I’m guessing she picks and chooses what orders to send. Each time I contacted her she told me I would just have to wait and check the mail. Well I put that order in on November 24th and still haven’t received it and I probably will never receive it, the last time I contacted her she told me to just get a refund if I had such a big problem with waiting. Well on her website she says to wait at least 2 weeks but yet I’ve been waiting over 2 months. She claims to be revamping her business on January 26th and constantly posts about how she is a great business owner yet she has horrible business skills, the way she was talking to me was unbelievable. She is rude and defensive to her customers.

I paid for lashes on October 15th via Imani website. I didn’t use my paypal account but paid on her site and she accepted debit cards directly through paypal without sign in. I constantly contacted her about the product and she continued to lie. Paypal would send out notifications once your merchandise ships. It took over a month almost two to receive my products and it was not what I ordered but no big deal. Then November 23rd I made another purchase Order number # 41YW9RB5. I continued to ask her where again my products are she lied and many times said they were on the way…. never came. I emailed, texted and even reached out on social media. No direct answers. I contacted her December 19th for a refund since she lied and got no response. She then contacted me insisting she refunded it after telling me to dispute it. January 7th I contacted her again only to be laughed at and told it was sent December 31st which was another lie. It’s not just the amount it’s the principle to many people have been scammed by her 100s of people and that adds up!!
