I ordered a graduation blanket on May 6, 2019 and IMall immediately processed my payment of $99.50. The fake order receipt generated only showed "shipment pending." There was no date, which should have been my red flag warning. After almost 3 weeks, I called them 4 times and each time left a message, which was a male voice message that did not even identify himself or the company (red flag #2). I even emailed them and received no response! I finally gave up and called my bank who took the charge off my account because I never did receive the order or a call or NOTHING! Do yourself a favor and just say NO to these THIEVES! Hopefully the FBI will shut them down. I also plan to report them to ScamPulse.com. I rate this company a minus 0!
