I paid for a ring, $26.60, for my husband at the end of March 2020. I am still waiting to get the ring and still waiting on my refund. They are the worst company ever! They even started to block my emails! I dealt with “Cristel Loa” and my “tickets” were forwarded. They are crooks! I know it is not a lot of money, but the fact that they do it to so many people! And they literally lied to me several times, stating the storage factory is in China! They are full of crap!

I believe they are coming from China but they act like it’s Hawaii
After Two months they say it shipped but couldn’t deliver and check with usps with tracking number
I checked with usps and the tracking number was incorrect
I have sent several messages but only a dead in reply
