My mother’s computer had a malware virus that consisted of a fake "blue screen of death" pop up. It noted that my computer had been compromised and to call "microsoft tech support" at a certain phone number. This was not an authorized Microsoft support phone number and it directed my mother to Iexpertscorp.com I-experts is a fake company and over the phone the man "fixed" the blue screen and charged my mother $250. She is 65yrs old and fell for this scam. The phone number and I-expertscorp has been linked to various fake IT companies, all with malware stories. This "Iexpertscorp.com" website is a scam and does not provide any actual IT service, just malware scams. Please investigate further. Thank you.
