This company identifies themselves as a IDS whom is collecting a debt, but refuses to provide me anything in writing or render proof of ownership of debt. This person is threatening me, calling me names, cussing at me on the phone and stating that he is going to garnish my wages and no proof has been rendered. This is a clear violation of FDCPA. This man whom is threatening uses the name Dan Harris, which I’m sure is an alias because he hasn’t provided me proof of anything.
