at 10:42am on 4/21/2016 I received a phone call and voicemail from (931) 627-7091 Dover, TN informing me that a lawsuit is being filed against me by the IRS and that I was to contact them. I returned the call immediately and spoke with a male with a heavy middle-eastern accent that identified himself as an IRS representative and attempted to get my full name and address. I refused and ask him to explain the voicemail. He repeated the information on the voicemail-that a lawsuit was being brought by the IRS against me. He stated that they had attempted to contact me on several occasions, and provided an address from several years ago when I questioned him. I stated that I am positive that the IRS has my current address because I have received mail from them at the current address, and at that point he hung up on me. I immediately called back and reached a voicemail that stated the "wireless caller" was unavailable. I called back multiple more times until someone answered stating that I had reached "The IRS", and I demanded to speak with a supervisor. After a long time a woman answered and demanded my full name and address. I refused and asked where I could find full information on whatever "lawsuit" was being filed. She started yelling that she would "call the sheriff" and hung up. During each call, noise could be heard in the background that resembled a "call center" or busy office environment (i.e. phones ringing, multiple people talking, etc.)
