Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
A gentleman by the name of Bill Rutherford called claiming that he was from the Department of Insurance SHIBA program and stated that he was going to get me a better deal on health insurance. He stated that he was going to call back on 11/14 to go over health insurance advantage plan that would get me a cheaper rate. He did call on 11/14 and I did not answer. He then proceeded to call two other times in rapid procession.
