I ordered 2 sequin / unicorn totebags and never received a confirmation. Had to file a desput with pay pal and they investigated. Got me a tracking # but still no product. Charged my credit card immediately . Still no product!

Saw this website advertised on both Facebook and Instagram and ordered a personalized Unicorn pillow case for my nieces for Christmas. I paid via PayPal and never received a receipt or order number. I emailed them three times asking for such and finally received a response (after I asked for my money back) that they could not cancel my order because it was already being “processed.” I responded back and again asked for an order number and timeline and never received either. I have asked my credit card company for my money back as I have seen on social media sites that other people have posted they have had similar experiences and never received their orders or heard back from customer service. I think this company has scammed a lot of people and trying to spread word the best I can to not buy from them.
