Selected a puppy via www.icehillteacuphome.com website and completed the request form. Received an email from [email protected] with questions regarding the love and care for our new puppy. We received a telephone call from Aristid Njibili at (571) 342-4933 giving us detailed information about payment and instructions. We provided payment of $500.00 via Zelle ‘[email protected]‘ through Wells Fargo and were going to make an additional payment of $150.00 once the flight plans were given to us. We were told the puppy would be flown to Tampa International Airport on Friday, February 1, 2019. Today we called to get the flight information and were told we needed to make the remainder payment of $150.00 and then they would proceed with flight plans and we would be notified within the hour. The call did not come so we called Aristid who said the paperwork was not ready but assured the puppy would be here by Friday between 1:00 and 4:00. When we did not hear anything further, we called to request a refund. A refund was promised, but has not been received. Once we realized we had been scammed, we reported the incident to the authorities.
