Sent $320.00 for a deposit and was told once the shipping information was confirmed would need to send the rest. Â Suppose to take 15 minutes, after multiple calls and texts took several hours for them to get back to me and never would give the shipping co. information. Â Tried calling again but they just acted like they could not hear. Â No further communication from Ice Dream and no puppy.
