Ibotta promises that you’ll earn a certain percentage of money back if you make purchases through their website. I made several purchases through them and they indicated I’ll get the promised money back in 90 days. Well, it’s has been over 5 months now and didn’t get my money back. I contacted their support team online (the only available way), and they got back to me after 2 weeks stating they’re sorry and asking me if I could submit this and that document basically to make you give up. I’ve all he email communication with them which I can post here if they argue against his claim.
