I contacted what I believed was the tech support number for ARLO/Netgear. Asked the representative if they were having server problems because I was not able to view our security cameras on my smartphone or with my laptop. Rep spoke with a distinctive Indian accent but since I was calling on Memorial Day I thought it was possible for the calls to be answered overseas. They asked to take control of my laptop claiming it was my own network issues that was causing my problems.
