They told me they saw my resume on Indeed and then I was told that I would be receiving packages and shipping them oversees because they can’t order from certain companies over there. I agreed then they called me and then I received an email later from my "manger" mila sanders and I did the job, but when it came time to get paid, they stopped communicating with me and locked me out of the system. This is my email from Mila below.
Welcome to SENDWARD Team!
My name is Mila Sanders and I am your personal manager.
I am here to guide you through your probation period. You will report directly to me via chat and email messaging.
I will assist you with any job-related concerns, questions, and situations you come across during this time.
My working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm PACIFIC time.

3. Establish communication via the database chat network.
4. Schedule a phone call so we can go over any questions you might have not covered in the training materials, FAQ, and other documents provided.
So, here’s how today looks:
1. I’m sending over your training materials and additional need-to-know information. You will print these and read them all carefully.

We would like to extend our congratulations to you. HR reports that your phone interview went very well. As a result of this, we would like to formally make you an offer for the Logistics Manager position.
The last (and most important) step before starting your new job is to complete and submit the Employment Agreement.
The link to the form is below. Please use this link to download and print a copy of the Agreement.
It is very important that you complete all required sections of the Agreement and that you do so legibly. Any issues with incomplete or unreadable forms will delay this final step.
This may seem like a very fast process to you, but we have been doing this a long time and we have a very efficient and thorough application and hiring system in place. In addition, all new hires are initially brought on as probationary employees and stringent assessments and evaluations take place during this period in which we determine if an individual is a good fit for the job. If so, then the employee is offered a permanent position with the company.
The new hire probationary period lasts for a period of 30 days. During this time, while we are assessing your performance, you will also have an opportunity to assess the job and determine if it is a good fit for you.
Probationary employees are treated as sub-contractors during the probationary term and salary for this period is reported on a 1099-MISC form for tax purposes at the end of the year.
Any probationary employee who is brought on full-time will need to complete both a W-4 and an I-9 form for payroll and tax purposes.
Customer privacy is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, all prospective employees must submit to a background check. As part of this, we ask that you submit a photo of yourself holding a copy of your photo ID. The ID used must include your name and address as well.
If your address differs from the address you provided to us on the application and agreement, please submit one of the following with the correct address for verification: 1) utility bill 2) deed 3) lease.
The Employment Agreement can be submitted one of three ways. You may fax it to the fax number of the cover sheet of the Agreement or you can scan the document and email it to us. The email address is located on the cover sheet as well. The last option is Adobe Echo Sign. Choose whichever option works best for you.
The photograph can only be sent via email attachment. Fax copies are generally not clear enough to show the ID details.
Once the information is received on our end, the HR department will verify and check for completeness. Our security department will then conduct the required background check. After the check comes back and is proven clear, you will receive an email notifying you that everything has been approved.
It is not only the privacy of our customers that is important to us. We value our employees and take great measures to protect their information as well. If you have any reservations about sending your personal information to us, please feel free to black out your date of birth as an added precaution.
Once you have passed the background check and your Employment Agreement is accepted, the job offer is now locked in. You will receive a call from a member of our team who will act as your supervisor throughout your employment with us. This supervisor will act as your point person and they will explain the particulars of your job duties and you can direct any questions you have about the position to them.
It is important that you develop a good working relationship with your supervisor. Not only will they serve as your point person, but they will be the individual that will make the recommendation to management of your suitability for the permanent position. Seek out feedback from them about your performance especially during the first 30 days so you can get a sense of how well you are doing in your new position.
Welcome aboard and congratulations!
I have attached pictures of the system

Then you will get a phone interview and it will go a day or so and you will get an email with the agreement between you and the company…it all goes well from start once you receive your offer of employment you will get more emails from your "supervisor" she or he will help you get started receiving packages and getting them turned back around to their location…the problem comes when it is time for them to pay you…they told me that there was a compromise with their bank account and that they couldn’t direct deposit my pay that it could be mailed so I agreed because those kinds of things can happen however the check that was supposedly mailed from the bank never came waited two weeks and still hasn’t arrived. Everyday I emailed the payroll department and a woman or at least in the email was a woman called Cindy Gasaway always responded but never would agree to a wire transfer or direct deposit told me that she couldn’t figure out why I had not received my pay that they couldn’t direct deposit because their system still wasn’t working. I don’t believe them. I have come to the conclusion that this is in no way legit. BEWARE!!!
