I am being contact two to three times a day about a refund for technical support on a computer when I don’t even own a computer! The support customer service person name was Jeff stated that he needed my banking information to deposit a $299.99 refund into my account. I explained I would not give my information over the phone and he hung up. I contact the company back to speak to him and another rep stated he was not available at the time.
