I wrote a check last year for $300 for tech support to this company. They have called me multiple times saying that I am owed a refund, but I need to be in front of my computer with it on in order for that to happen. Prior to that I was trying to order something online and they came on and told me that they could help me. They took over my computer and scrambled it.
