Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I was sold a brand new vehicle with aftermarket components (Radio, Navigation, Rear view Camera ) which was not disclosed. Then the dealership sold me a platinum warranty stating this will ensure the Radio, Navigation, Rear view Camera would be covered, and if I didn’t get the additional extended warranty none of those components are cover in the manufactures warranty. 55 k miles later, the screen went out on my radio, and when I took it to the dealership, they stating Hyundai doesn’t cover any aftermarket parts, so they will not replace or fix anything. I would like to make sure no one else falls for this scam. Now I’m stuck with a car that I cant control the Heat/Air, Radio, lost all the add on features Radio, Navigation and Rear view with less then 60 K miles.
