I ordered a crescent huggle pod frame..the frame was defective and I have tried to contact the seller numerous times..when I tried to check my order there is no record…please..is there any way to get my money back…i am including a picture
I ordered a set of 72 Prismacolor pencils for $35 on the Hydrosmarket.com online website, made payment through PayPal. I have a confirmation receipt number saying it was paid to Tuan Bui at [email protected]
They took payment immediately, show no record of my order. I phoned them at number shown on their website at (302)415-2222, which goes to a printing company located in Delaware, not Santa Clarita, California. Total scam. I’m trying to get the charges reversed through my Citicard, I know,…good luck with that!

I ordered a Liquitex BASICS Acrylic Paint Set, 0.74 Ounce Tubes, Assorted Colors, Set of 48 from https://hydrosmarket.com, but I haven’t got any updates on my order yet. So, I tried to reach out to to ask if they have got my order yet. I called 302-415-2222 which is they said it is their phone number but the person on the phone told me I got the wrong number and it made me really confused. After that, I emailed them but it says it is not the existing email address.
