I placed an order from a Facebook post from this company on May 2, 2020 at 9:12 am. Something didn’t seem right, so I tried to cancel. There was not option to cancel but the returns portion of the site said it could be canceled before the order was fulfilled so I sent them an email request to cancel the order. The reply back was generic and said something about delays due to holiday so I waited. The sire uses the American flag to give the appearance it is coming from inside the United States but two days later I received a tracking number from China. Then two more days later a different tracking number. The whole time I’m emailing saying "no, it should have been canceled". Then I received a message that it was too late the order was shipped. I want my money back. I don’t want the product.
