They contacted me on instagram, and said that they wanted me to be a brand ambassador. I contacted them on April 15th, followed the steps, which included placing an order of their product, and to get featured on their website. I placed my order for around $22.00 USD. The package came in the mail and was the wrong size. I sent them photos of me in the item and showing it next to something that was the size I ordered and that it did not fit. They have been not responding to my emails for about 3 weeks now. And I have exchanged over 22 emails with them, outlining that my order meets the criteria for the refund policy, and they have not responded with any intent to follow through with the guarantees on their website. The guarantee is that I can get some type of exchange and to send the item back to them due to it being made the wrong size and being defective. When I was sending the emails, about halfway through they had asked me if I was going to snap my photos in the workout gear when I had just been corresponding with them that it was the wrong product.
