Contacted company to reserve a party bus, they had the bus and date I needed so I booked, put down a 200 deposit and the "employee" named "Mike" said he would contact me in 3 days to confirm. A day after the charge on my credit card went through he called and said it would be an additional 400 dollars to hold the bus. I said no and this was not professional and I wanted a refund. He became rude, refused to give me his last name or a manager. At first he told me he would match any price, but after I put down my deposit he specifically told me not to call anyone else. When I contacted other companies in the area they informed that this company was a fraud. This guy does not own any cars or even a business. This is misrepresentation and phishing, completely illegal.
