Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased something from them on December 6, 2018 online. The charge went through my card on the same day and as of December 21 I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. I tried to contact them by email and the email bounced. I reached out then by their contact page on their webiste and still received no response. I reached out again on December 22 threatening to cancel the charge on my card and they finally sent a shipping email. As of today, Jan 2, I contacted their shipping company Globegistics and they have not received the package in their processing facility yet. Their email address [email protected] bounces as does their second on that I received an email from [email protected] I have contacted shopify to advise they are a scam company possibly impersonating a legitimate company, though I refuse to try that one in case they are one and the same.
