They claim to be a US company, but they’re not, they’re Chinese, selling all kinds of products under false pretenses. The products are cheap knock offs, shipped separately, and tracking is only provided for one item. They provide no useful information about returns – you have to ask for it, specifically, more than once. You have to return everything to China before they’ll process the return/refund (so are they actually going to give you your money back??), and their customer “support” is horrible – delayed, and never helpful!
