Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was happy to find a website with a reasonable price to buy a Bengal kitten. The lady as she called her self Shawanda Maddox was very polite and responded every time by email. She gave me a great deal and said the kitten will be sent to me the next morning or afternoon. She asked me to pay her with Zelle so I did. After that she asked to send a snap shot of the amount that was sent, so I did but I crossed my acct number on the shot. She played like she had not received the money I waited a while before she answered my email. By then I was disappointed cause she was not responding until late she did. By then I had already contacted my bank to see if I could retrieve my money back. Then she emailed me back saying sorry her battery of her phone had died. But not to worry that I would be receiving the kitty the next morning. I felt hopeful but still not believing her. The morning comes she emails me the “tracking number” I was super exited, but then right after the courier company sent me an email that it was urgent saying they needed a different crate for the kitty cause of the weather so o could deposit 845 dollars and I would be receiving back after so I thought this is weird. I tried to call the courier place and it went to a google number no one picked up the call. I tried to contact Shawanda she never got back to me. I was livid and destroyed and felt assaulted when I knew since the day before she was not going to send anything and that I had lost money.
