The seller of https://northbaysentinalstore.com or glidersport claimed to be selling Travis scott, Picture advertises travis scott jordan shoes. Seller sends this below for $179.00. If i wanted this below, i have enough sense on how to purchase. Nobody wants to see pictures of one thing only to receive something else!

upon arrival of this, i complained with tons of info. to PayPal with a dispute. After 2-3 weeks, PayPal states, "to receive your refund of 179.00 you need to pay to ship the item to Malaysia ($200)." ***..For example, Is it fair if you order toilet paper online and i ship you paper towels because they are similar and can serve the same purpose? On top of me shipping you paper towels, after you complain I say, "Pay to ship the paper towels back and I will refund you or ship you the right item."
