We placed an order and paid for a hover board on line. A conformation was received with an order number and our bank card was charged. On the website they made claims to be safe and none of their hover boards were involved in the recall. Today I called to check the status and a voice recording states that due to recall they will not honor the order. They also stated that they will not issue refunds and to contact our bank to file a dispute

On 11/9/2016 I made an online purchase for a self balancing scooter. The website advertises 2 day shipping. I called numerous times and never got a return call. I emailed them several times as well. They took took the money for the purchase out of my account but never sent the item. I have emailed them and left messages to cancel orders and refund immediately due to never sending. It has been a month.
