Ordered a hover board for my daughter for Christmas. Received the product and it was defective. The battery would not hold a charge and the case was cracked. Contacted the seller on December 27th, 2016 and spoke with the seller’s answering service. Was told that a UPS label would be emailed to me and that I could return the product for exchange. I waited 7 days and never received the return label. I have since contact the seller multiple times via email and phone. Each time the answering service takes my call and refuses to transfer me to a manager or the company directly. I am told that there is no way to get directly to the company. After doing some research I have found that I am not the only one who is having this trouble. It appears that multiple people are out their money.

The website advertised electric hoverboards for sale and guaranteed them to be delivered for Christmas. They processed the order and charged my credit card but never delivered the products. I waited over 2 weeks with only a UPS tracking number showing that the product was never picked up. I called the company and was automatically put on hold never speaking with a person. Finally called at 7 am and spoke with someone who said she would issue a refund to my credit card but have not received that refund. Had to file a dispute of charges with my CC company.

i would like to report, what i think is a scam website. i ordered a product from www.hoverboardclouseouts.com on 11/24/2016. they immediately charged my card for the purchase. i have received only one email from the company. stating that my order was received, and that my order was being processed for shipping, after a couple of days, i called the company to see what the hold up was, they told me they would take my information and someone would contact me within 24 hours, because they had a high demand for the product, no one ever contacted me, after doing some research on this company. people started having the same problems as i was having, they would order the product and the company wouldn’t ship, so i cancelled my order and requested a refund of my money, the person i spoke with Brandon hill. told me that my card would be refunded within 72 hours, i cancelled my order on Monday December 5, 2016. he assured me my money would be refunded back to me by Friday December 9, 2016. i have called numerous times and they have not provided me with any answers. i keep getting the same story, that they will send the message along and someone will get back to me, they claim there is no one to talk to because that "department" only deals through email. i am no out of the amount of money that i sent to them, until i dispute the claim with my bank. its a major hassle that i know a lot of people like me are going through, right around the holidays. i believe this company are scamming people out of money, claiming they are providing a product and not providing said product. If someone could look into this, so others don’t get scammed out of money. that would be great
