I first saw an advertisement for the business on Instagram, and it was presented as a company selling low-cost items, including sports memorabilia. I saw an item that I wanted and proceeded with a purchase. The payment was made through PayPal. I received a confirmation email about my purchase, but have had no contact from the company since, and my item has not arrived. I made the purchase on March 3, 2018 and it is currently March 24, 2018. I attempted to email the company one week ago, and have had no response. There is no other contact information on the website, even when you click on Contact Us.
