Type of a scam Phishing
Phone number listed as from Texas on caller ID went like this "hi my name is John, this is an automated call, can you hear me?" I had heard of scams like this and did not say yes but rather I said what is this about. The machine went on after a pause and said "I’m with Horizen and aren’t you interested in continuing your education?" I then hung up and called back during caller ID and it started over again.
