I see Jimmy Buffet endorsing CBD &gel capsules for all types of ailments. I am offered a “free trial” for shipping costs only. ($5.35 & $4.99) so I tried to use Discover card & it wouldn’t work (Should’ve known then). I enter another card, it registers. I receive the 1st package(gel capsules) only in a package with no invoice, terms/conditions, or agreement information. Second package, CBD oil…no invoice, or any paperwork whatsoever.
14 days later, my credit card is charged $89.98 b/c my 14 day Free Trial is up. I request a refund & offer to return the unopened products. I am offered 50% off, and in a poor dialect, other offers which were inaudible/indecipherable. I repeat, “No, thank you” several times, and finally I am offered a 35% refund!
I asked the agent if she really wanted me to contact my bank and pursue this with the BBB, and she inevitably hung up on me. TERMS & AGREEMENT are no where to be found, no emails, no document in the packages, and I cannot find the website or advertisement that lured me here o the first place.
