I ordered 3 pairs of leggings from this company through an advertisement they placed on Facebook on January 19th. The cost was $61.00. I paid using my debit card. I have still not received my order. I have not received any notifications that my order is on the way or when to expect it. I did receive an email back after I first place my order saying that they received it and that my package was on its way.I was corresponding back and forth through private message on Facebook with a support team and since they have blocked me from sending messages to them. I’ve sent several emails to the customer support they responded to one of my emails saying that they understand my frustration and that I need to track the order myself. Which I did. I tracked it online and I tracked it verbally over the phone there is no information about my order whatsoever. USPS is not even receive the package yet.I have since sent additional emails to customer support and now they are not responded to my emails either.
