I was promised a 7-page type paper in exchange for $70 U.S Dollars. They told me I would receive the paper on the date of my choice. I paid the $70 in advance. They told me on the day of the deadline it was almost done and I should receive it shortly. It was never sent to me. I have asked for a refund and have not heard anything.
