Type of a scam Online Purchase
On April 3rd 2020 I purchased – 2019 Friends 1039pcs The Heart Lake City Resort Model Legoinglys Friends 41347 Building Block Bricks Toys For Children x 1. Because this was listed as a company in the USA, I figured it was safe to order and get the package by Easter for my child. I paid $66 not including shipping for this product. I never received the product and when I asked for a refund, they kept saying that they couldn’t refund if it was sent out already. Clearly per the tracking – LY097117061CN it said it’s still in China as of 5/8/2020. The website is now not active, no one provided a phone number after many times of asking for a manager to contact. They haven’t responded any further to my E-mails and they sent me to this link to review tracking: https://track24.net/?code=LY097117061CN which is probably a scam link as well. This is very frustrating, as I spent a decent amount and I haven’t been able to get a refund or a phone number to speak with someone directly. When I look up the address they provided as their "Location" it’s a home in TN. Not an office or business. Total scam and they should be shut down! Another E-mail they used is [email protected]
