Type of a scam Home Improvement

Homeadvisors sold my phone number to numerous other company’s. I was receiving at least 8 "sales" phone calls per day. I eventually had to change my phone number to stop the phone calls. Then homeadvisors somehow obtained and charged my credit card a fee of $287 for an "annual" renewal. I was able to have my credit card charge reversed but avoid this company at all costs. We own a small business and had looked into advertising with homeadvisors. They attempted to scam $287 from me and casued me so much aggravation that I had to change my phone number!!!

Not knowing that each one you contact would cost me more money even if there were no contact with the actual customer. This was one hidden thing that they did not tell you. After the third surpose to be client. I call that client direct and that was the wrong number. Oh the wrong number happens a lot. They charge me for a false contact. After I caugjt on to the wrong numner thing they would give me customers that wasn’t really customers. After all of that I start receiving emails saying the customers was out of town and need services when return. This to was also fake
