Type of a scam Home Improvement
A man came to our door claiming to be from "Home Water Services" and that he was here (at 8:30 at night on a Saturday) to get our information to put on a filter for our water because there is too much chlorine in this area. He could barely give us any information about the company or who we could contact to to verify that this wasn’t a scam. So clearly it was and when we googled the company doesn’t exist anywhere. Not sure what the scam is or if he was just casing our house.
