This company offered vacation rental property for vacation.. he asked me what my budget was and I told him 1,000.00 and I was forward a plain rental contract
He mention he had vacation rentals property in Austin TX..told him that I was looking for something in Miami area
and guess what he just happen to have rental in Miami
