Type of a scam Phishing

I have been relentlessly called by this company for over a year. I don’t know if it is even real–they always call from a number that matches mine partially. I am sometimes called 2-3 times a day each time from a different number. At first I ignored and blocked the calls to no affect. I have been answering lately and have spoken to a live person, the same woman, has informed me that it is amazing I picked up because they have an offer that is expiring today for security system and insurance. I have told her each time that I am uninterested in their "offer" and that they have to take me off their list. Today I was called four minutes after I spoke with the woman and told her to stop. I’m over it; I can’t tell you how upsetting and infuriating this is.

Type of a scam Home Improvement

This company has called me numerous times from several different phone numbers. It’s a recording that says they are offering 20 free home security systems to consumers in my neighborhood. They goes on to say they are replacing all of the outdated land lines in the area because thieves know they can simply cut the line and break into your home. The recording asks repeatedly is this is something you’re interested in. I tried to ask where this business was located, but was hung up on.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

The individual that called me identified his company as "Home Security Promotions" and identified himself as "Andrew". After I asked his name he got smart with me and asked "do you need my social security number too?"

I told him that would not be necessary and that I am on the national do-not-call list and he hung up at the ‘do-not’ part.

When I called the number back I got a recorded message "The survey you were called about is no longer active".

I get at least 1-2 of these a day and I’m sick of them. Is there anything that can be done?

I have received up to 20 phone calls per week from "home security promotions". They are saying I won a free home security system. It is an automated machine, then you can press 1 to talk to an operator. The operator is usually of either Indian or Pakistani dialect, with a lot of background noise in the back.
