I learned that Home Powerstar is a scam Website. Many people have had the same issue as I have had. I will not receive a refund or the product I ordered. I have immediately escalated to PayPal so that the following seller can be prevented from scamming other people: McDaniel Jamie, [email protected]
The seller (www.homepowerstar.com) shipped the item but then requested that UPS return the item to them prior to delivery to me. I never received the item or a refund. I contacted the seller on 12/8 and they indicated that they would issue a refund but I have not received a refund or any response from two emails that I’ve sent as to what the delay is with the refund. The refund should have been issued immediately. UPS also flagged a shipment from QVC related to this order.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I? ordered a product from Home PowerStar on November 26th. The product was shipped with ups. The package tracking info and ups customer service informed me that the package was ordered to return to sender by the sender on December 5th. I? checked my email and Home PowerStar said that my package would arrive on December 11th. My package never arrived. I? have emailed this company with no response. I? have called customer service with no response or any message with a business message. I? lost money ordering from the company with no sign that any customer service will reimburse me.
