I ordered a garden kneeler on July 17th 2020. It has now been a month. I received no email of any confirmation of purchase or tracking number for my order. I have called, emailed, and messaged them on facebook numerous times. Not heard anything back. Even though I can’t get through to them, someone has to be there because the day I made my purchase, I confirmed at the bank and have proof that is when they charged my account. I don’t even care if they send me my product at this point. I just want my money back. My daughter later did a little bit of research and told me that on their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Home-Essentials-CO-101585934824028/?ref=page_internal) all of their customers have complained they have waited for a month like me, and have tried to contact them vigorously like me but to no avail. They demanded a refund aswell and have not gotten it. My daughter believes this site is trying to rip off people by using the same name for their business as a different more well-known Home Essentials Business. I just want my money back at this point. We are in the midst of a pandemic. The last thing I need is to have my money stolen from me from a fraudulent business.

I ordered a ring light for my photos on June 16 2020. They said they would give me updates on the package . No sign of updates. Didn’t even provide my tracking number when I couldn’t find it. Wouldn’t reply to my messages. I ask for a refund . They said they can’t do that which makes no sense.

If possible please try to get me my refund of $54.94
