Type of a scam Phishing
Calls repeatedly daily for multiple days. Leaves no messages. When I got a person on the phone, they refused to identify themselves or their business. Denied making multiple calls. Refused to talk to me and asked for my husband (even though my cell, which they called, is my own account and only in my name). Wanted me to verify my address before they would provide any identifying information. Etc. I have told them multiple times to take me off their list. I have told them twice that they were being reported to the police. I did file a report with our local police office. Because I identified them as a scam, I did not allow the conversation to get into whatever their actual pitch is, so I don’t know if they’re after money or personal data.
